I give thanks to you, Lord, for you are good, your steadfast love endures forever! You are my strength and my song; you have become my salvation. I sing glad songs of salvation for your right hand, O Lord, does valiantly. I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount your deeds. Open to me the gates of righteousness, that I may enter through them and give thanks to you, Lord. For Christ has been raised from the dead. As by a man came death, by a man has now come the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. This indeed is the day you have made, O Lord. I rejoice and remain glad in this holy day (Psalm 118:1, 14-15, 17, 19, 24; 1 Corinthians 15:20-22).
