I praise you, Jesus, for you are the chosen servant whom the Father upholds and in whom the Father delights. The Spirit of God is upon you to bring forth justice to the nations. You have compassion for the weak: a bruised reed you will not break, a faintly burning wick you will not snuff out. You faithfully bring forth justice (Isaiah 42:1-3; Matthew 12:18-21).
